Beyond the concert stage, Roit is the Founder & CEO of BHZ Group, a
premier performance coaching firm that brings insights from the orchestral world into leadership development. Through BHZ, she works with executives, management teams, and companies worldwide, helping leaders enhance communication, build alignment, and perform under pressure—just as conductors do with an orchestra. Her groundbreaking MAESTRO Method – Revenue-Driven Leadership Framework has been adopted by senior executives seeking to refine their leadership presence, resilience, and decision-making in high-stakes environments. She also leads immersive corporate events,
where executives experience firsthand the power of conducting a live orchestra, drawing direct parallels to leadership, adaptability, and team dynamics.

Roit’s career began as a soprano, performing with the Philharmonic Choir of Israel and the Israeli Opera Choir, before transitioning into conducting. As Founder and Music Director of the Israeli Moshavot Chamber Orchestra, she championed contemporary compositions, premiering works by composers such as Everton Machado, Eyal Rich, and Lior Navok. She has collaborated with leading contemporary artists, including composer Jordi Cervelló, who praised her “presence and energy,” and conductor Gisele Ben-Dor, who called her “a rare artistic talent.” A winner of the London Classical Soloists Conducting Competition (2014), she continuously pushes the boundaries of classical traditions, exploring cultural and geographic diversity through her work.

Roit is also the creator of the “Musicians Talk Music” Live Series, bringing together esteemed artists like pianist Michal Tal and violinist Ori Wissner Levy to engage audiences in meaningful discussions on music, leadership, and performance under pressure.

Trained at the Buchman-Mehta School of Music at Tel Aviv University, Roit studied under Maestros Yoav Talmi and Mandy Rodan and received mentorship from luminaries such as Noam Sheriff, Zsolt Nagy, Helmut Rilling, and Avi Ostrovski. With a reputation for precision, innovation, and an ability to inspire peak performance, she is equally sought after on the podium and in the corporate arena.

Her next engagements will take her to Germany, Mexico, Paraguay, Israel, and the United States, where she will continue her work as both a conductor and a performance coach, bridging the worlds of music and leadership at the highest level.
